A Diet That Works & Saves You Money

Below is a list of budget foods to use in a diet. Eat 5 times per day. Aim for 1200 calories per day average. If you get hungry, drink green tea or coffee instead of eating. Always eat a lot of vegetables with meat so you eat less meat. Along with this diet, walk in the sun for 30 minutes per day. Doing these things will help you lose weight and make your skin look good too!
